Malcolm DeBay is a well-known and respected figure in the local New England insurance industry. He started his career more than 35 years ago in personal production and as a brokerage manager. Malcolm quickly forged many deep and long lasting agent relationships, many of which he still keeps today, by understanding that personalized service, keen product & plan design knowledge and good old-fashioned tenacity would differentiate his brand. This insightful vision inspired Malcolm to move forward in the life brokerage arena and develop Life Plans of New England, in 1989.
In 2003, Life Plans of New England became a merger partner with A.J. Gallagher, and retained Malcolm as Area President.
Mr. DeBay holds the CLU & ChFC designations, earned his B.A. from Central Connecticut State University, and has been active in a number of associations, including Hartford and Springfield Life Underwriters.
